Cyberpunk is a genre based upon technological innovations that spring from our modern age of the Internet, whereas Steampunk is a genre based upon technological innovations from a alternate version of Victorian-era technology. Cyberpunk is the future of 1980, Steampunk is the future of 1890.

Sci-fi means science fiction and Cyberpunk is a genre of music.
So yeah that's the difference but if you mean filk.
Filk music, which is related to science fiction, horror and fan-made music
and cyberpunk its usually related to heavy electronic music and 'busy' music
also, if any lyrics probably are science - fictional or 'geeky' or sometimes even 'dark' as they say
