For CP 100, SP 120, profit=20, this is the basic formula.

So when SP is 120 CP=100

So when SP is 1820, CP=(100/120)×1820

=18200/12

%={(420)/CP}×100=(420×12/18200)×100%

=420×12/182=420×6/91=60×6/13=360/13=27.7%
