a(a+3)-1(a+3)
=(a+3)(a-1).

a ( a+3) - a - 3

The last two terms combination is similar to a+3...

so we do as: a (a + 3) - 1 (a + 3)
= ( a - 1 ) × ( a + 3 )

This question is very simple as given expression is already partially factorize.
