in this question we won't factories by simply factorisation method.
Because the discriminant ( which is = b^2 - 4*a*c)
so the value of
d = 25- 4*2*8
= 25- 64
= -39
so that the given polynomial / quadratic has imaginary roots.
means roots are complex and conjugate.
so for that we have to use
a formula to find this which is
x = (-b +- sqrt(d) ) /2a
