4a ({a + b)}^{2}  - 25 {(a + b)}^{2}  \\  {(a + b)}^{2} \: is \: common \: in \: both ,\: so ,\: will \: take \: it \: common. \\ = {(a + b)}^{2}(4a - 25) \\now \: we \: can \: write, \\   = {(a + b)}^{2}( ({2a)}^{2}  -  {5}^{2} ) \\by \: using \: formula  \: ( {a}^{2} -  {b}^{2} ) = (a + b)(a - b)  \\   = {(a + b)}^{2}(2a + 5)(2a - 5)
