Factorise (p-3q) ^ +4p - 12q

Given Equation is (p-3q)^2 + 4p - 12q.

We know that (a - b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2ab

                        (p - 3q)^2 = p^2 + 9q^2 - 6pq + 4p - 12q.

( P- 3Q) ^2
