 {x}^{2} - 2 \sqrt{3} x - 45

 = {x}^{2} - 5 \sqrt{3}x + 3 \sqrt{3} x - 45

 = x(x - 5 \sqrt{3} ) - 3 \sqrt{3} (x - 5 \sqrt{3} )

 = (x - 3 \sqrt{3} )(x - 5 \sqrt{3} )
