factorize.. 4(a+b)-6(a+b)^2

given 4(a+b)-6(a+b)^2

=(a+b)[4-6(a+b)]
=(a+b)(4-6a-6b)
=(a+b)2(2-3a-3b)
=2(a+b)(2-3a-3b)
