Factorize: (5x + 4y)^2 - ( 3x - 2y )^2

a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)
(5x + 4y)^2 - ( 3x - 2y )^2
=(5x+4y+3x-2y)(5x+4y-(3x-2y))
=(8x+2y)(2x+6y)
