Hey!!

100x³ - 25xy²

Let us take 25 x common as use the distributive property

25x ( 4x² - y² )

Now, let us use the a² - b² formula

a² - b² = ( a + b ) × ( a - b )

25 x ( 2x - y ) ( 2x + y )
