=> ∠E + ∠F + ∠G + ∠H  = 360°

∠E  = 9x

∠F = 14x

∠G = 4x

∠H = right angle = 90°

∠E + ∠F + ∠G + ∠H  = 360°

=> 9x + 14x + 4x + 90° = 360°

=> 27x  = 270°

=> x  = 10°

∠F = 14x

=> ∠F = 14 * 10

=> ∠F = 140°
