Other Rules of "that" :

• If the sentence is Interrogative then we use that as a Relative pronoun in place of who/whom/which .

Example : Who is he that troubles you ?

• If there is any one of the following words before the blank then we use that

Like : Only , Any same , all , nothing , no one , nobody , anybody , anything , none etc

• If there are person + person or thing + animal in a sentence then we use that .
• If preposition comes before relative pronoun then whom would be used in place of that
