People get morals in late teens.

At teenage, the teens experience cognitive and intellectual development in them.

At this point they just don't think what they have been told is right or wrong.

They do what is right based on the principles they have set for their lives or whatever they feel is good for them.

They are able to make decisions on their own keeping in mind that each decision has a consequence.

In the late teens  they realize these facts and tend to learn from it.

They now understand that forcing someone to accept his or her viewpoint is not good instead everyone is to be heard. They now morally realize that they were wrong and tend to think positively.
