 { (- 3)}^{4}  \times  {( - 9)}^{2}  \times  {(3)}^{ - 2}  \times  {9}^{2}  \\  \\  = ( - 3 \times  - 3 \times  - 3 \times  - 3) \times ( - 9 \times  - 9) \times  (\frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{1}{3} ) \times (9 \times 9) \\  \\  = 9 \times 81 \times 81 \\  \\  = 59049 =  ({9})^{5}

Tomboyish44: How did you get (-3 * -3 * -3 * -3) as 9 ?
saksham572: I cut -3 × -3 by 1/3 × 1/3
saksham572: and - × - × - ×- = positive (+)
saksham572: hope you understand
