if you mean -3/4 & -2/5

FIRSTLY EQUAL THE DENOMINATOR

LCM OF 4 AND 5 =20

 \frac{ - 3}{4}  \times  \frac{5}{5} =  \frac{ - 15}{20}   \\  \frac{ - 2}{5}  \times  \frac{4}{4}  =  \frac{ - 8}{20}

then the rational numbers are

-9/20 ,-10/20,-11/20......and so on
