Here your solution...
................................................
Area of triangle
=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

in given triangle
..............................
a=8
b=11
c=?
s=16

perimeter=16×2
...........................
=32=8+11+c
32=19+c
c=32-19
c=13

area=
√16(16-8)(16-11)(16-13)
√16(8)(5)(3)

=4×4×2×2×2×5×3

=4×2√2×5×3

=8√30cm^2

s=(a+b+c)/2
32=8+11+c
c=32-19
c=13
area of traingle is
 \sqrt{16(16 - 13)(16 - 11)(16 - 8)}
 =  \sqrt{16 \times 3 \times 5 \times 8}
  = \sqrt{2 \times 8 \times 3 \times 5 \times 8}
 = 8 \sqrt{30}  {cm}^{2}
