15-4b/7 = 2b-1/3

(15-4b)/7 = (2b-1)/3

3(15-4b) = 7(2b-1)

45 - 12b = 14b - 7

45 + 7 = 14b + 12b

52 = 26b

b = 2

(105-4b) /7=(6b-1)/3
135-12b=42b-7
42b+12b=135+7
54b=142
b=142/54
