By Pythagoras theoram

We will get BC = 5

In ∆ABD

By pythagorus theoram

We will get BD = 9cm

Now,

CD=BD-BC

=4

Using py th. In triangle ABD

BD = 9units

And //ly in triangle ABC

BC= 5 units.

Now, CD= BD -BC

= (9- 5) units.

= 4 units
