Given :

  • Diameter of circle = 10 m

To find :

  • The circumference of the circle.

Solution :

The diameter of circle = 10 m (Given)

Thus, Radius = Radius/2 = 10/2 = 5 m

We know that,

Circumference of circle = 2πr

∴ π = 22/7

We have to take π as 3.14

According to Question,

↦ Circumference (circle) = 2 × 3.14 × 5

↦ Circumference (circle) = 6.28 × 5

↦ Circumference (circle) = 31.4 m

Therefore,

  • The circumference of the circle is 31.4 m respectively.

More formulas :

  • Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length+breadth)
  • Perimeter of square = 4 × side
  • Perimeter of parallelogram = 2(Base+height)
  • Perimeter of triangle = sum of all sides

Diameter= 10m
Radius= Diameter/2
=10/2
=5m
Circumference= 2πr
= 2 x 3.14 x 5
= 10 x 3.14
= 31.4m
