Find equivalent fractions of 6/7 with:
Denominator 70
Numerator 36

. Find equivalent fractions of 60/132 with:
Numerator 20
Denominator 11

??Please give the answer with explanation! Please help me with this tricky question!!

. Multiply both the numerator and denominator of a fraction by the same whole number. As long as you multiply both top and bottom of the fraction by the same number, you won't change the value of the fraction, and you'll create an equivalent fraction.

the first answer:

6/7 = 36/70

wanna know how..first try to look at the things they are equal through multiplication..

6 x 6 = 36

7 x 10 = 70

so,u see 36 and 70

so ur answer is 6/10

second one:

same method but here the reverse to trick us

here,20/11 = 60/132

20 x 30 = 60

11 x. 12 = 132

so,ur answers are..30/12
