6z³ + 13z² + 2z-5

= 6z^3 + 7z^2 + 6z^2 -5z + 7z - 5

= 6z^3 + 7z^2 - 5z + 6z^2 + 7z - 5

= z(6z^2 + 7z - 5) + 1(6z^2 + 7z - 5)

= (z + 1)(6z^2 + 7z - 5)

= (z + 1)(2z - 1)(3z + 5)

Answer: -1 , 1/2 , -5/3  Step-by-step explanation:  By trial and error method  Trying 1 as solution  6(1)^3 + 13(1)^2 + 2(1) - 5 = 16  Trying -1 as solution  6(-1)^3 + 13(-1)^2 + 2(-1) - 5 = 0
