Rational numbers between two numbers can be found out by making the denominators same.

There can be infinitive rational numbers between two numbers.

Rational numbers between 1/6 and 1/3 are:

• We should make the denominators same.

So, we will make both the denominators of 1/6 and 1/3 same that's 90.

• We should multiply the numerator and denominator of 1/6 by 15.

We obtain 15/90.

• Smilarly multiply the numerator and denominator of 1/3 by 30 to obtain 90.

Thus we represent 1/6 as 15/90 and 1/3 as 30/90.

So the rational numbers between 1/6 and 1/3 are:

15/90, 16/90 , 17/90 , 18/90 ..... 30/90.

Thanks....!!
