find net force when two forces of magnitude 10 N and 5 N act on a body in the same direction willl the net force direction changes when the force acts in the opposite direction​

Firstly,There are two parts If the question.

So, 1) F net = F 1+ F 2 (When both are in same direction)

So, here F 1=10N

F 2=5N

Applying the formula,

F net= (10+5)N

F net= 15N in same direction.

2)When two forces Are in opposite direction,then the net force will change direction according to larger magnitude of force.

Say,When F 1> F 2 Then F net will move towards F 1 direction (Here Its that case) Means 10N > 5N And The body will move in direction of 10N

Say,If F 1 < F 2 Then F net will move towards F 2 direction(Means the body will move in direction of F 2 ).
