The sulphate ion has a charge of -2. The sodium has a charge of +1. Therefore there are 2 sodium ions in a molecule of sodium sulphate.
A mole is 6.022 * 10^23

Number of ions equals 2 * 1 * 6.022 * 10^23 =12.044*10^23
