National education policy is one such law made by the indian government to strenghthen the educational as well as the economical base of the marginalized people.Itwas meant to provide them the quality education and over come the illiteracy that prevails .
Next is the Human right law which gave the human rights to be implemented to all the sections of the society
The constitution has many section for the marginalized sections and help them over come the social problems.
Thesr include article14,article15(2) ,article15(4)etc.
