Income level of middle-income countries:
According to the World development report in the year 2012, the per capita income of middle-income countries is categories into two namely lower-middle-class economies and upper-middle economies.
Per capita income level of lower-middle countries ranges from 1026 dollars to 4035 dollars. 'Per capita income' of upper-middle countries ranges from 4036 dollars to 12,475 dollars.
Capita income is estimated as the average income of the area by dividing the total population. India, Bangladesh comes under lower-middle countries according to WD report. China and Brazil come under upper-middle countries.
