Answer:
Synthetic garments have a very low ignition temperature. And, the person who is wearing synthetic garment and cooking, may become a subject of spontaneous fire as the room temperature of the kitchen is much higher than that of standard room temperature. As the synthetic garment is in the vicinity of the flame, therefore, it has a greater risk of catching fire owing to its low ignition temperature. A kitchen room temperature has every possibility to increase beyond the ignition temperature of synthetic garment. Thus, it is better to avoid wearing synthetic garments in the kitchen.
