from the last term
first term(a) =-65
common difference(d)=4
therefore
a+(13-1)d
-65+12multiply 4
-65+48
-17
therefore -17 is the 13th term from last term

 <b>  <tt  >
last term is given -65 , a = 27, d= a2-a1=23-27=-4.

we know the formula .

=> an= a+(n-1)×d

=> -65 = a+(13-1)×-4

=> -65 = a+(12)-4

=> -65 = a -48

=> a= -65+48

=> a = -17
