The nth term is 7–3n
So first term is
= 7–3(1)=4
and second term is
=7–3(2)=1
The common difference is a2 – a1= 1–4= –3
The 1st term is 4
So 20th term is a + (n–1)d
=4+ (20-1)(-3)
=4+19(-3)
=4–57
= –53
