given area of trangle :- 520^2

base of the trangle = 16 cm

area of trangle = 1/2 * b *h

520 = 1/2 * 16 * h

520 = 8 * h

520/8 = h

h = 520/8

h = 65

altitude of the trangle = 65 cm

Answer:

Altitude of the triangle = 65 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

We have,

Area of the triangle = 520 cm²

Base = 16 cm

We know that,

Area of triangle = (1/2) × base × altitude

Substituting the value

520 cm² = (1/2) × 16 × altitude

520 cm² = 8 × altitude

Altitude = 520/8

Altitude = 65 cm

Hence,

Altitude of the triangle = 65 cm
