According to Snell's law,

n1/n2 = sinα2/sinα1

1.3/1.5 = sinα2/sin60°

sinα2 = 1.3/√3

α2 = sin^(-1)[1.3/√3]

Anonymous: Where n1 and n2 are refractive index of water and air.
Anonymous: Alpha1 and Alpha2 are angle of incidence and refraction respectively.
Anonymous: Alpha2 = 48.6 degrees.(used calculator)
