area of lattu=area of conical part+area of hemispherical part
=pi.r.l+2pi.r^2
here we take only curve surface part of hemisphere because they can color only that part.
now

25)^2+(7/4)^2}=root(13.6)=3.7cm (approx)
now area of lattu=22/7x (1.75) x (3.7)+ 2x22/7 (1.75)^2=20.35cm^2+19.25cm^2=39.7cm^2
