let the sides of the triangle are a, b and c units
s=(a+b+c)/2
area of the triangle = root s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
s=(a+b+c)/2
area of the triangle = root s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

Heron formula
First calculate half perimeter of the triangle using
(a+b+c)/2
And keep the half perimeter as S.
Then calculate the area of the triangle using
Square root of [s * (s - a) * (s - b) * (s - c)]
Thanks
