By Pythagoras theorem
Hypotenuse²= base² + height²
Hypotenuse = 26
Hypotenuse² = 676
base = 10
base² = 100
So,
676= 100 + height²
height² = 576
height = 24

Since, Area = (1/2) x base x height
Area = ( 10 x 24 ) / 2
Area = 240 / 2
Area = 120cm²
