here's ur answer..

let the three sides of the triangle be a, b and c

given the perimeter of the triangle = 32cm

therefore a + b + c = 32cm

==> 13 + 8 + c = 32cm

==> 21 + c = 32cm

==> c = 32 - 21

==> c = 11

if perimeter of the triangle is 32cm then it's s (semi-perimeter) is = 32/2 = 16cm.

area of the triangle by heron's formula

  = \sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}  \\  \\ =  \sqrt{16(16-13)(16-8)(16-11)}  \\  \\ =  \sqrt{16*3*8*5}  \\  \\  =    8\sqrt{30}cm ^{2}
