Base (B) = 24 cm and each equal sides (A) = 13 cm




Then,



Area of an isosceles triangle = 1/4 × B ✓4A²-B²





=> 1/4 × 24 × ✓4 × (13)² - (24)²




=> 6 × ✓676 - 576



=> 6 ✓100



=> 6 × 10



=> 60 cm².
