heron‘s formula

area of ∆ =√s(s-a) (s-b) (s-c)

s = a+b+c_2 = 30+30+48_2 =108_2

5=54 cm

area of ∆ = √54(54-30) (54-30) (54-48)

= √54×24×24×6

= √6×q×24×24×6

= 6×24×3_2

= 432 cm

Hena, area of isosceles triangle =432 cm2
