in isosceles triangle , perpendicular bisects the triangle into two equal halves. let x be side of the triangle then the greater side is x+10 base
now
x+x+x+10=100 perimeter
x=30
draw a perpendicular the base
as mentioned above it divided triangle into two halves . now consider the small triangle as right angle triangle with base 30+10/2=20and hypotenuse as 30 solve for height u will get 10√5
apply area formula to get =1/2*10√5*40= 446 base is of original triangle
