find the area of right angled triangle if the radius of its circumcircle is 3cm & altitude drawn to its hypotenuse is 2cm

we know that the hypotenuse of a right angle triangle is the diameter of the circle
 Hence we have hypotenuse =2*3=6cm
                               altitude= 2cm
Hence area is =2*6/2=6cm2

You have the base, b = 2(radius) = 2(3) = 6 cm.
And height, h = 2 cm.
Then area of triangle is ½bh = 6 cm²
