Step-by-step explanation:

perimeter=2×(l+b)

=> 52=2{(2x+3)+(3x-1)}

=> 52=2(5x+2)

=> 26=5x+2

=> 24=5x

=> x=24/5

=> x=4.8

area=l×b

={2(4.8)+3}×{3(4.8)-1}

=12.6×15.4

Answer:

2(2x+3)(3x-1) = 52

(4x + 6)(3x-1) = 52

12x^2 - 4x + 18x - 6 = 52

12x^2 + 14x - 58 = 0

6x^2 + 7x - 29 = 0

6x^2 + 36x - 29x - 29 = 0

6x(x+6) - 29(x+1) = 0
