$b = 22m$

Let the length be l

Area of a rectangular plot = 445 m²

$l \times b = 445$

$l \times 22 = 445$

$l = \frac{445}{22}$

$l = 20.2$


Perimeter of Rectangular plot = 2( l + b )

= 2 (20.2+22)

= 2(42.2)

= 84.4 m²
