Answer:

Given.

radius=7 m

To find the circumference of the circle,

Circumference=2 pie r

=2*22/7*7

=44 m

Therefore the circumference of the circle is 44 cm.

Now,

To find the are of the circle,

Area=pie r squared

=22/7*7 squared

=22/7*49

=154 sqm

Therefore the area of the circle is 154 square metre i.e sqm.

Here in this question we have given the radius of circle to be 7m. We have to find circumference and area of circle, which can be easily find by applying formula of circumference and area respectively.

So let's start!

\sf\bigstar\; Circumference\: of \: circle=2\pi \:r

\sf{: \implies{Circumference\:of\:circle=2\times \dfrac{22}{7}\times 7 cm}}

\sf{: \implies{Circumference\:of\:circle=44cm}}

∴ The required circumference of circle=44cm.

\rule{300}{2}

\sf{\bigstar \: Area \:of \:circle= \pi r^{2}}

\sf{:\implies{Area\:of\:circle= \dfrac{22}{7}\times 7\:\times 7cm^{2}}}

\sf{:\implies{Area\:of\:circle=154cm^{2}}}

∴ The required area of circle is 154cm².
