find the circumference of a circle, if r= 28 m

Sanjana111111: 2 pie r = 176 m
Anonymous: 2 × π × r = 2 × 22/7 × 28 = 2 × 88 = 176
Sanjana111111: yup
SamuelKuruvilla15: 2 × π × r = 2 × 22/7 × 28 = 8 × 22 = 176
KunalTheGreat: I have done the same too..

HI,
=======================
Circumference of a circle = 2* \pi * r

Given that, r=28m

∴ 2 *  \frac{22}{7}  *28 = 176m                    [Took  \pi as 22/7 ]
Answer

Hope you are helped :-)

hey friend...

herez ur answer...

As we know to find the circumference of a circle , we use the formula

2 \times pie \times radius
and as we have that radius is 28 , we don't have much work.

circumference =
2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 28

2 \times 22 \times 4

44 \times 4

176

circumference is 176 cm

KunalTheGreat: both answers are correct sid..
fiercespartan: yeah...
