radius= d/2
=140/2
=70m
circumference=2πr
=2*22/7*70
=440
outer radius=447
outer circumference=2πr
=2*22/7*147
=924. cm

circumference of park=440m
\pi \: d = \frac{22}{7}   \times 140m =440m
\pi \: d =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 154m(140m + 7m + 7m) = 484m


cost of fencing from inside=440×₹7=₹3080

circumference of park including path=484m
cost of fencing the park outside=484×₹7=₹3388
total cost=₹3388+₹3080=₹6468
