we know 1 hectare = 10000m²

therefore 9 hectares = 90000m²

formula to find the area of a square is side × side

➡ side² = 90000m²

➡ side = √90000

➡ side = 300m

perimeter of the square field = 4 × side

= 4 × 300

= 1200m

hence, cost of fencing @ 3.50 per meter = 1200 × 3.50

= 4200

correct option is (A)
