let = d / dx ( px^2 + qx +r) / ax+b ) = d / dx (u/v) = u'v-uv'/v^2



[d/dx(px^2+qx+r] (ax+b) - (px^2+qx +r) d/dx(ax,+b) / (ax + h)^2


(2px+ q) (ax+b)- (px^2+qx+r)a / (ax+h)^2


(2apx^2 + 2bpx+ aqx + bq) - ( apx^2 + aqx+ar) / (ax+h)^2


apx^2 + 2bpx + bq - ar / (ax + b)^2
