Derivative of cos(1 - x) w. r. t x

 \frac{dy}{dx} = \frac{d \: cos(1 - x)}{dx} \\ \\

 = - sin( 1 - \: x) \frac{d \: \: (1 - x)}{dx} \\ \\ = - sin(1 - x) \times ( - 1) \\ = sin \: (1 - x)
