Answer:

f(x)=√{(x+2)(x-3)} will be real only if (x+2)(x-3)>=0. This is only possible if both terms are positive(>=0) or both terms are negative(<=0).Using these 2 cases you will find 4 inequalities , then by taking common solutions : you will get,

D= {x:x belongs to R where x>=3 or x<= -2}

#Here or means union(U)

There is another way : if you test 3 values of x of 3 regions(x<=-2, -2<=x<=3, 3<=x) in the main inequality, the regions / region which satisfy the inequality is the answer.

Sorry I don't have 'greater than equal to' and 'belongs to' symbols in my keyboard.
