in this circuit the above two resistors of 2 ohm are in series and parallel with the middle two ohm and which is in series with the bottom three resistors of 1 ohm which are in series.
hence 4 is parallel to 2 whole series with 3
13/3 ohms
current is v/r
4/13/3=12/13 amperes
v=4 R=1ohm
