Find the H.C.F of 50 and 70 using Euclid's division lemma

Heya!!!

Euclid Division Lemma states that

a = bq + r where 0 ≤ r < b

Here,

70 > 50, so,

70 = 50 × 1 + 20

50 = 20 × 2 + 10

20 = 10 × 2 + 0

As the division stops here, we get the H.C.F as

H.C.F.(50,70) = 10
